NEW PATHS FOR SMALL AND MIDSIZED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: TRANSFORMATION AS AN OPPORTUNITY
It's not just SMEs that need to change: Economic uncertainties, new forms of work and social upheaval are shaping everyday life. In this dynamic environment, the focus is on active shaping. Culture, leadership and cooperation are the key to the future viability of organizations. The Transformation Stage offers space for everyone who wants to shape their organization in a future-oriented way. Experts from management, consulting, communication and organizational development show ways to successful transformation - in a practical and inspiring way instead of with empty phrases. This is where lived experience meets jointly developed ideas. Artificial intelligence often acts as a catalyst in change processes. It often accelerates them instead of causing them. But real transformation is achieved by courageous people who take action.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Impulses: Experts share successes and lessons learned from transformation, cultural development and modern leadership.
Exchange: Talk to experts from organizations, authorities and politics and take away tangible tools for your organization.
